I love games & competition and motivated by efficiency.

The bar exam is one of the most grueling exams a person can endure—both mentally and physically. One challenge is the grind of getting to the exam and the other is performing well on exam day.   You typically graduate in early May and immediately start your bar preparation course the next day. For the next couple of months, your study program consists of 6-7 days a week at 10 hours a day. This doesn’t seem efficient, does it?

When I started my bar preparation program, I received numerous books consisting of a wealth information that seemed daunting. Staring at these books that condensed law school into a single box, was overwhelming. After my diagnostic exam, I felt optimistic that my foundation of knowledge was strong. I was wrong. It was such a reality check as I had always been a relatively strong student in law school; however, this was different. I immediately jumped into contracts and started the review course and struggled immensely. It had been 3 ½ years (I was a part-time evening student) since I last completed my contracts law course as a 1L and knew I had to change my study routine. Simply spending hours reading and watching the videos wasn’t exactly the best use of my time as my foundation of knowledge had become weak.

How do I turn this ship around and get back on track to pass the bar? Make the study process fun! I began making games out of my study material while watching the lecture videos and reading all the necessary material. Making these games such as Time Attack, Memory, and Elemental helped me polish my foundational base knowledge and my confidence began to grow. These games helped me pass the bar exam.

To truly know a rule statement or area of law, you must be able to speak it, type it, and recall it on the bar exam. Each game is uniquely tailored to help enforce the speak it, type it, and recall it aspects. Legally Fun can help ensure that your foundational base knowledge for the bar exam is polished and strong. Why wait to see how strong your foundation is? Sign up now and leap into your bar preparation program with the confidence of Legally Fun!

[ JUSTIN'S RECCOMENDATIONS ]

Scanmarker

This is legit. When I would do a case brief, sometimes I didnt want to type it out. This is like a highlighter but you scan it into Word.

Bookstand

When you’re in graduate school, you are often hunched over all the time reading and my neck would often get sore.

Back Pillow

I brought this with me often when I studied because comfort is key!

Multi-colored pen

This worked great for writing notes. All cases have (1) issue (2) rule (3) analysis and (4) conclusion. Having 4 different colors of ink helped me break down the case into different sections as it helped me keep everything organized.

Bose Noise Canceling Headphones

When you need peace and quiet but it is not happening! This worked wonders in the library.
